I am a Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) Trained professional career and life coach, and during the 9-5 I work as a Marketing Manager for a large Canadian Corp. I’m also pretty fun and really enjoy making people laugh, so here are some fun facts about myself:

✨ I love being creative and dabble in modern lettering and calligraphy

✨ I am the youngest of 3 (and live up to the stereotypes completely)

Which leads me to why I decided to become a coach. People and the foundations of relationship building is what drives me. I am so curious to know what makes people tick and to understand how we all navigate the human experience. Beyond that, to be able to listen to, witness, navigate and develop others' understanding of themselves and their self-awareness just makes me bubble over with joy! I can’t wait to discover who you are.
